Data collected

Through the form: your need, name, email and, if you provide them, company, phone or WhatsApp number, type of work, urgency and estimate request. Through WhatsApp: the messages you send us, under WhatsApp's terms.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up the business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract.

Recipients

Only Super Admin CRM reads your requests. The message passes through Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery), then our mailbox. No data is sold or transferred.

Retention period

3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@superadmincrm.com. If you disagree with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or with the authority in your country.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no cookies. An internal, anonymous measurement counts page views and a few actions: request started, sent, accepted or failed, clicks to WhatsApp or email, choice of a plan, use of the demo. For each action, only the page, the service or plan concerned and the language are recorded: never your name, email, phone number or message, nor your IP address or any identifier. These statistics are stored by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and kept for at most 3 months. They are only used to know which pages bring in requests, and do not require consent.

Data in your systems

During an engagement, we access your Salesforce with a named user that you create. A data processing agreement (DPA) is signed when the work involves personal data.
